Service Area and Cost
Maintenance on equipment is a must for many wholesale level accounts we supply, and in many cases it's hard to find a local company that will service your needs. If you have equipment with us, or own your own, we can service it.
All accounts located within the Service Area Map below are not charged travel when maintenance service is provided. If your business is outside the service area, you will be billed at the hourly rate of $75.00 and a mileage fee of $0.65 a mile for the round trip travel. (Eg - Someone in Newport, Oregon could accumulate 2.7 hours and 128 miles for a round trip, making the travel fee a total of $285.70) To see if your location is within the maintenance service area, locate your place of business on the interactive map below.
Maintenance must be scheduled at minimum 2-weeks prior. Any maintenance requested with less than 2-weeks prior notice will be referred to as an Emergency Maintenance.
Emergency Maintenance requests are charged to the customer at double the standard hourly rate of $75/hr, and require a minimum commitment to 4-hours per scheduled visit, and time begins once the technician has been dispatched from the main office, located at 1852 Fescue St. SE Albany, OR 97322.
After-hours work performed between 5:01pm-7:59am Monday-Friday or weekend work will be double the hourly rate stated above, whether or not it is scheduled with a minimum 2-weeks prior notice. Scheduling is dependent on Service Departments availability and parts on hand to perform the maintenance.
Parts are charged in addition to maintenance (unless specified under a Preventative Maintenance Service Plan), and/or may not be in supply for any emergency maintenance made on short notice.
